  • Support for general building inquiries.
  • Access customer records and verify customer account information.
  • Identify potential customer needs and recommend solutions.
  • Develop problem solving abilities.
  • Place follow-up calls to customers to ensure their needs are met in a efficient manner.
  • Access Customer databases, knowledge resources and technical applications to determine root causes and resolutions.

  • Leveraging technology to issue all communincations and providing key stakeholder management.
  • leading, driving, facilitating all invistigation activities, meetings and conference calls.
  • Forming collaborative action plans with specific actions, roles and deadlines and ensuring these are completed.
  • Ensuring all administration and repots are maintained and up to date including contacts informations, technical diagrams etc.
  • Providing periodic major incident metric reports.
  • Continually maintaining and developing tools and resources to manage major incidents effectively.
  • Supporting and nurturing process improvements and knowledge base improvements.
