  • Assist our customers end to end for any queries around billing, package related and provide technical support
  • Provide Chat or Emails and Call support to customers to resolve their issues
  • Responsible for performing day to day operations while maintaining SLAs and solving queries related to disputes while coordinating with customers.
  • Liaise with other support teams as required to resolve requests or issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure proper documentation, notifications, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.

Selection Process –

The selection process for the role of Customer Chat Support Associates will be based on Online Assessment, The candidates who are eligible as per the education qualification criteria will be short listed for Online assessment. This online assessment/Test/computer based exam will be consuming of two stages,

  1. Cognitive Assessment: This test is designed to check the skills of candidate in English, Reasoning , Problem solving abilities etc. Candidate will be given 50 minutes of timing to complete the online cognitive assessment.
  2. Communication Assessment: This test is basically designed to check the communication skills of candidate in this test topics will be covered such as pronunciation, vocabulary, comprehension and fluency etc. Candidates will be given the time of 30 minutes for this test.

The candidates who Cleared/Passed the Online Cognitive assessment and Communication assessment will be short list for the next stage which Virtual Interview.
